What agents want to know first
Yes, through OpenImmo, the industry exchange format: export your listings from your current software and import the file into Immo Manager. Single listings take a few minutes to add by hand.
Yes. You connect your own ImmoScout24 account through the official interface and Immowelt through your OpenImmo access. Listings run under your contracts with the portals. Portal export is included in the Professional and Business plans.
No. Enter your own name as the office name when you sign up; you can change it later in the settings.
Yes. Rental listings sit in the same list as sales. When a prospect signs the lease, you take them over as a tenant in one click – contact details and documents included.
On servers in Germany, GDPR-compliant and encrypted. A data processing agreement (DPA) is available on request, and you can export your data as PDF or CSV at any time.
