Yes! You can import properties using the OpenImmo XML standard format, which is the industry standard in Germany. You can also import contacts via CSV files to quickly migrate your existing data.

Immo Manager supports any email provider that uses IMAP/SMTP protocols. This includes Gmail, Outlook, and most professional email services. Email accounts are included in every plan that lists email integration on our pricing page.

Immo Manager exports your properties using your own portal credentials: ImmobilienScout24 via its Import/Export API (you register your API access with ImmobilienScout24 and authorise Immo Manager in the app), Immowelt via OpenImmo over FTP (you request FTP access from Immowelt) and any other OpenImmo-capable portal via SFTP/FTP. Property data is synchronized from your portfolio.

Yes! Every plan supports multiple team members with role-based access control — the maximum user count per plan is shown on our pricing page. Invite team members, assign Admin or User roles, and manage permissions across your organization.
