Record the commission
For each property you add the commission: type, amount or percentage, invoice date and date received. The list shows every commission with property, type, amount and status; a received commission cannot be deleted by accident.

From expected commission to e-invoice
Record the commission per property as soon as it is in sight and follow it until it is paid. You create the invoice in Immo Manager as a ZUGFeRD PDF with a sequential number.

The invoice
In the draft you choose the recipient from your contacts, the service date, payment term and VAT rate, and enter the line items; net, VAT and gross add up as you type. When you finalise it, the invoice gets its number, such as RE-2026-0001, and can no longer be changed.

Correct with a cancellation
You do not change a finalised invoice, you cancel it with a reason. Immo Manager creates a cancellation invoice with its own number and negative amounts; the original stays. Without a new invoice, the commission counts as expected again.

- Only administrators create invoices.
