Write with attachments
When composing, you choose the account the mail is sent from and the recipients from your contacts, including CC and BCC. Upload attachments or pick them from the files in Immo Manager, up to ten files and 25 MB.
One mailbox for the office, one for each of you
An administrator connects the company account that everyone on the team sees. Each user can also connect a personal mailbox that only they see. Immo Manager stores passwords encrypted.
Bulk letters with placeholders
For circulars to a property's tenants or to selected contacts, you use one of the templates that come with Immo Manager. Placeholders such as salutation, name and address are filled in for each recipient.
